Property Owner’s Associations
Harborage property owners are represented by a homeowner’s association (HOA) for the townhomes and single family homes, and a condominium association (COA) for the condominiums. Those associations are responsible for the enforcement of the covenants and deed restrictions, as governed by the adopted by-laws within those areas. The services provided are:
- Administrative
- Financial
- Architectural reviews
- Enforcement activities
- Legal
- Insurance provision
- Other functions depending on the area
They contract with an association management company to provide association management services and handle the day-to-day affairs of the association. If you should have any questions, please contact the appropriate association manager for more information.
