Community Development District Meetings
The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meeting may be continued with no additional notice to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for the meetings shown below, may be obtained from Rizzetta & Co., 12750 Citrus Park Ln, Suite 115, Tampa, Florida 33625 at (813) 933-5571, one week prior to the meeting.
There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone.

Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
