May 14, 2020 Update -  After much discussion, the CDD Board of Supervisors did not approve re-opening the pool at the May Board of Supervisors meeting.  Under the Governor's Executive Order for Phase 1, and after consulting with legal counsel and our insurance carrier, our recreation center including the pool and fitness center cannot currently meet the requirements to re-open which include monitoring of reduced pool capacity and social distancing, and ensuring heightened sanitation requirements in accordance with CDC guidelines. We will continue to monitor changes in requirements in compliance with State, County, CDC, legal counsel, and insurance recommendations.
