Visitor Gate Temporary Process and to update contact information

Envera Systems discontinued visitor gate services as of December 15, 2025. In an effort to minimize leaving the entry gates open, a temporary visitor gate entry process will be implemented, which is provided below.   Until such time as the full installation is completed during the month of February, including resident system training, and other enhancements, this temporary process will be required to be used by all residents to allow visitor entry into the community.

  1. Visitors will select the resident's name at the kiosk, based on the information you provided on the CDD website or that was provided by the previous vendor.  If you need to update the information, please complete the form below. 
  2. You will receive a call from the kiosk from phone number 888-267-6690. Please add this number to your contacts list.
  3. Answer the call and speak to the visitor, then press and hold the 9 key on your phone to allow access.

To allow visitors access by temporary community-wide PIN:

  1. Provide your visitors, in advance, with the temporary PIN: 2026.  
  2. Inform the visitor to select “Member Access” option on the kiosk screen, enter the PIN, and then Press ENTER.  
  3. The PIN will only be valid during this transition.  No notification is provided to the resident with this option.

To update the phone number that is called from the Resident Directory at the kiosk and/or email address for other notifications, please complete the form below.   Updates will be provided to the vendor and updated as soon as possible at the kiosk. 

PLEASE NOTE:  If you wish to have other household members listed separately using a different phone number, please complete a separate form for each individual.  Only the name is shown at the kiosk.  No phone numbers or emails are shown to visitors.   Names can be listed together or separately as shown below: 

Smith, John and Mary  (only one contact form required and only allows one phone number) 

    OR

Smith, John  (separate contact form and one phone number) 

Smith, Mary (separate contact form and must use a different phone number than John Smith) 

Secondary phone numbers and email addresses are for CDD records only.  The CDD reserves the right to confirm all individuals reside at the property per the COA or HOA records.
